Ultra X Dark
was specially formulated to clean dark color fur-felt and wool-blend hats. This powder based formula removes a variety of the most common water and grease  based stains like perspiration, fingerprints, and baby oil. From white and cream to silverbelly and even light gray hats, this gentle formula prevents discoloration and will not leave a chemical residue ring around the area of application- a common occurrence with similar products.
Directions: Always check for colorfastness or appearance change in a hidden area before using. Shake can well. Before applying to hat, spray on test paper or cloth for 3-5 seconds until liquid spray is white. Spray can in upright position 8” from surface. Allow to dry for 5-10 minutes until surface turns white. Remove powder thoroughly with a light colored hat brush. Repeat if necessary. Follow up with an application of Gard-More Water & Stain Repellent. Repeat if necessary. Pre-treat all new hats with Gard-More to prevent stains and water damage.
