    What to do when the item arrives?
    Inspect the package and all contents for any damages. If the products are not damaged and arrived in good condition, sign the bill of lading.

    please note it on the bill of lading before signing it.

    I got my order and I signed for the product without noting any damages, and now i noticed there are damages. Can i return in?
    If no damages are noted down on the bill of lading, the products cannot be returned to us. Once the package is received and signed as clear by you, the insurance with the shipping company is voided.
    You are more than welcome to make a claim with the shipping company directly. However, we will no longer be responsible for your claim. In most cases, your claim will be refused by the freight carrier therefore
    inspect your package carefully prior to signing good and clear on the Delivery Receipt.
