This is a Native American dance fan, powwow regalia, smudge fan, smudge fan, prayer fan, or feather smudge fan. It is made with a natural chicken wing, rabbit fur, deerskin leather, wood handle and amber  and white glass crow beads. This can be used with powwow regalia, for dancing,  smudging or as wall décor. This will show up nicely on your wall when used as wall décor.
