It's a "tropic SURF," soda pop cap or crown
It's in really nice shape.  It's used, but feels smooth and clean.  It does
show a crimp by the "T" in Tropic, but you really have to look
and it's hard to even feel.  I think the photo shows this well.
There is the slightest of scratching and wear.
