  • Condition: Star Trek IV magazines have some wear on them and one has a torn corner on the cover and most pages. The Star Trek V one is excellent with only a slight bend on the back cover -likely from the way it was sitting in the magazine rack in the store.

    Description

    These are special Star Trek movie tie-ins for Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (2) and Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. Two were published by Starlog and the other by O'Quinn Publishing (which I believe publishes Starlog) in 1986 and 1989. The two Star Trek IV issues contained movie posters - one contained 8 and the other 10, though they're all back-to-back. All the posters in the Official Movie Special are included but I only have two double-sided posters (so four posters) from the Official Poster Magazine. The ones from the OMS were attached in the back and have one edge perforated from the place they were attached. The ones from the OPM were in the middle of the magazine and you had to lift up the ends of the staples to get the posters out. All of the posters are in near mint to mint condition (the only issues are a couple of dinged-up corners). II could not fit all the poster images in this auction as eBay limits the number of pictures that can be added but the one not pictured is John Shuck as the Klingon ambassador (it's the flipside of Sulu in front of the helicopter). I also have individual pictures of the magazines and pictures of the insides of them if you want to see them.
