Each of these Theraquatics belts is made from high quality
closed cell foam that won't absorb water, resists chlorine damage, and dries quickly. Each belt offers a unique aspect to water fitness or Learn to Swim classes. Read the descriptions below for detailed information about each belt.
Level of Floatation:
X-light 6018
Six pieces of closed cell foam on adjustable belt with quick release buckle closure. Provides a measure of support and security for the timid adult swimmer or new swimmer. Light weight flotation belt so swimmer doesn't tire so easily. Can be worn on front or back of waist. The biggest benefit is that you may add blocks in front of your body (or place blocks on your body where you require) to better balance and support good posture.
Often used with aquatic cuffs, dumbbells & hand buoys (see other listings). Also used by people learning to swim as the foam blocks can be added or removed from the belt when needed.
Each foam segment: 3" x 5" x 1"
From buckle tip to buckle tip this belt measures 51".
The belt will fit up to a 49 inch waist (tighten for smaller waists).
You will need 2 belts for larger waisted patrons- they can connect together

Light 6038
This aquatic fitness belt features five adjustable soft foam pieces that provide vertical balance during aquatic fitness activities. Fits up to 50" waist (join two swim belts together for larger sizes). Features removable foam pieces for custom fit and balanced buoyancy. Webbed mesh belt strap with quick-release buckle. Offers slightly more buoyancy than the Theraquatics Swim Belt.

The design promotes strength in the lower back while narrowing at the waist for comfort.
